We are looking for a German Expert for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into Customer Support or Certified with B1 , B2.

Location: Pune

Work Mode : Work from office

Shift : Rotational

Job Description:-

• Mandatory B1 level German language certification.
• Excellent written communication, grammar, and sentence structuring skills in German, with basic English for internal use.
• Ability to multitask effectively, including managing multiple active chat windows simultaneously without losing focus.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, close attention to detail, and a highly customer-centric mindset.
• Graduation degree in German.
• Handle and resolve incoming customer queries and service requests in German via live chat.
• Provide professional, accurate, and prompt responses while strictly adhering to defined process guidelines.
