German Language Expert - Claims Processing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates with good proficiency in the German languageto join our

Claims Processing team. The role involves handling insurance claim documents, validating information,

and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely claim resolution.

Role & responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance claims in compliance with company policies and client
• requirements.
• Translate and interpret German documents related to claims.
• Verify claim details, supporting documents, and customer information.
• Communicate with German-speaking clients or teams (via email/chat/call) for clarifications.
• Update claim status accurately in the internal system.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to quality and turnaround standards.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the claims team.

Preferred candidate profile:

• German language proficiency minimum B1/B2 level (Goethe / TELC / equivalent certification preferred).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry tools).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or Languages).
• German language certification (B1/B2) mandatory.
