Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle technical queries through voice, email, and chat support
• Manage Service Desk operations and Warranty Claims
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B2 Certified in German or Italian (Mandatory)
• Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to relocate to Pune
