German HR Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HRSD (Human Resources Shared Services) operations, ensuring efficient processing of employee data and compliance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and performing data entry tasks.
• Assist in implementing new HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to employee benefits, compensation, or other HR-related matters.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in an HR Operations role within IT services & consulting industry.
• Proficiency in German language is required; fluency preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR operations principles, practices, and procedures.
