About this role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Filial based in Brazil.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead business development and client relationship initiatives in Bauru and the surrounding region. You will be responsible for growing an existing portfolio through new business, cross-selling, and successful renewals. The role focuses primarily on corporate Property & Casualty insurance solutions, with additional exposure to Employee Health & Benefits. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and translating them into relevant, sustainable insurance solutions. Working closely with internal teams, insurers, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure strong execution, governance, and service quality. The position combines strategic relationship management, negotiation, commercial growth, and local market engagement in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. This is a hybrid role based in Bauru, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients and portfolio growth.
Accountabilities:: Develop new business opportunities and identify cross-selling opportunities across existing corporate accounts, supporting sustainable portfolio growth and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Bauru and the surrounding region through regular meetings, visits, and consultative engagement.
Manage client renewals and support negotiations with insurance carriers, balancing commercial conditions, technical requirements, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Advise clients on Property & Casualty solutions while maintaining a broad understanding of Employee Health & Benefits, particularly Health, Life, and Dental offerings.
Identify opportunities to optimize and expand products and services based on evolving client needs, market trends, and business priorities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external markets to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and effective governance throughout the client lifecycle.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in relevant systems, monitor reports, and ensure compliance with internal processes, controls, and documentation requirements.
Represent the organization at regional business centers, industry activities, and community initiatives, strengthening its local presence and relationships.
Contribute to team leadership and collaborate across functions to support commercial objectives, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Solid professional experience with insurance solutions for the corporate market, ideally with exposure to Property & Casualty.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships in a consultative environment and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Strong commercial, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills, with a practical and objective communication style.
Experience leading teams or coordinating professionals, with the ability to motivate others and drive results.
General knowledge of Employee Health & Benefits, particularly Health, Life, and Dental insurance solutions.
Ability to prioritize effectively, adapt to changing business needs, and operate successfully in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Strong relationship-building, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, including collaboration with clients and internal teams.
