GEOSYNTHETICS OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor geosynthetics production lines and equipment in accordance with approved SOPs and safety requirements.
• Monitor process parameters and product quality to ensure stable production and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, identify abnormalities, and support troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
• Ensure proper material handling, production records, waste control, and good housekeeping.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Five to eight years of experience in geosynthetics manufacturing or industrial production machinery.
• Experience in fiber processing, carding, needle punching, winding, or related processes is preferred.
