Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Geologist Managers and Geologists for a Pumped Storage Project (PSP). The candidates will be responsible for geological investigations, mapping, excavation support, rock mass assessment and geological monitoring during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct geological mapping, investigations and site inspections.
• Assess rock/soil conditions and prepare geological logs and reports.
• Monitor geological conditions during tunnelling, excavation and underground works.
• Carry out rock mass classification and identify geological risks.
• Support tunnel, cavern, dam and other major excavation works.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction and Site teams on geological issues.
• Review geological data, drawings and investigation reports.
• Recommend appropriate measures for geological and excavation-related challenges.
• Maintain geological records and project documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree/M.Sc. in Geology / Applied Geology / Engineering Geology.
• Relevant experience in Hydropower / PSP / Tunnelling / Underground Construction / Large Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong knowledge of geological mapping, rock mechanics and underground excavation.
• Good communication, analytical and site coordination skills.
• Candidates with experience in tunnels, caverns, underground powerhouse and dam projects will be preferred.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
