Genesys Cloud Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable cloud-based applications using IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots into existing systems and ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to improve customer experience through natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Troubleshoot issues related to CX (Customer Experience) platforms and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Cloud Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts such as machine learning algorithms and neural networks.
• Proficiency in developing chatbot interfaces using various programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
