Immediate Requirement for Cloud / AI Engineer at Pronix Location: Gachibowli - HYD NP: Immediate to 15 days only Role: Genesys Cloud & AI Agent Assist Engineer

Overview: Looking for a Genesys Cloud specialist who can integrate AI-powered Agent Assist solutions with Genesys Cloud, Salesforce, and enterprise systems to improve agent productivity and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and support Genesys Cloud integrations with AI/Agent Assist platforms.
• Configure contact center capabilities including telephony, Architect flows, routing, and voice streaming.
• Integrate Salesforce and other business applications using APIs and SIP technologies.
• Deliver AI features such as real-time transcription, agent guidance, sentiment analysis, and call summaries.
• Work directly with clients to define requirements, recommend solutions, and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Genesys Cloud CX experience.
• Strong knowledge of contact center telephony, Architect, routing, and SIP integrations.
• Experience with AI, voice/transcription platforms, Salesforce, APIs, and webhooks.
• Strong client-facing, solution design, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kore.ai, OpenAI, Google CCAI, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
• Conversational AI, prompt engineering, and healthcare industry experience.
