Responsibilities

Demonstrate extensive hands on experience spanning at least ten years working with core Mainframes environments to design develop and support mission critical applications.Exhibit advanced proficiency in Mainframe CICS configuration command level programming and transaction monitoring to ensure efficient and stable online processing.Apply deep knowledge of IBM mainframe utilities for data set management job scheduling and batch optimization enabling consistent and predictable processing outcomes.Show proven ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model coordinating onsite and remote collaboration while maintaining strong communication and delivery focus.Illustrate solid background in performance analysis capacity planning and tuning of mainframe workloads contributing to sustainable cost and resource management.Display familiarity with secure coding and operational practices on mainframes supporting organizational commitments to data protection and regulatory adherence.Demonstrate experience partnering with application infrastructure and operations teams to execute end to end solution delivery that benefits customers and communities.Certifications Required
