Must Have Skills: Agents development, A2A, MCP, Langgraph, Pydantic, Python, FAST APIs, LLM, RAG, AWS/Azure/GCP

Good to Have Skills: Insurance (Annuities) domain knowledge

Responsibilities or Expectations from the Role:

• Experience in software engineering or data science in Gen AI/LLM/Agentic AI.
• Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack AI-powered applications using LLMs, intelligent agents, and ML.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs and cloud-native infrastructure (Docker, CI/CD).
• Hands-on experience with AI services
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and tool use.
• Proven ability to prototype, iterate, and scale AI-enabled features.
• AI-first developer mindset: using AI for scaffolding, testing, and refactoring code.
• Design and scale RAG pipelines, vector search systems, and LLM evaluation workflows
• Develop intuitive user experiences powered by LLMs and AI agents for real-time workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, data, compliance, and business leaders to deliver business-facing solutions
