Generative AI Engineer (Blr/Pune/Hyd/BBSR/Chennai/Kochi)

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, and advanced machine learning techniques. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to develop scalable, production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Development

• Design and implement generative models using modern architectures such as GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and other foundation models.
• Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
• Develop scalable AI workflows and generative AI solutions.

Machine Learning Engineering

• Build data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML infrastructure supporting production workloads.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.

Product Integration

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI features into enterprise applications.
• Support deployment of AI-powered products and solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with business objectives.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and AI research activities.

Responsible AI

• Ensure ethical and responsible AI development practices.
• Support bias mitigation, model safety evaluations, and AI governance initiatives.
