Generative AI Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI models using PyTorch to solve complex business problems in the life sciences industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Develop data pipelines to collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for training machine learning models.
• Troubleshoot issues with deployed AI models and optimize their performance.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-11 years of experience in AI development, with a strong focus on generative models, NLP, and image 
processing.
- Proficient in Python and other programming languages for AI development.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, data processing, feature extraction, text 
summarization, and image processing techniques 
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and other cutting-edge AI processes.
- Proven experience with OpenAI models, including but not limited to GPT (Generative Pre-trained 
Transformer), and the ability to develop custom models.
- Experience in working with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
