Generative AI Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Generative AI Developer to design, build, and operate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications and Agentic AI solutions exclusively on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on integrating Azure OpenAI, enterprise data platforms, and AI orchestration frameworks to deliver scalable, secure GenAI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. RAG Application Development (Azure)

• Design and implement RAG pipelines using:
• Azure OpenAI (GPT-4o / GPT-4o-mini, embeddings)
• Azure AI Search (vector, semantic, and hybrid search)
• Azure Blob Storage / ADLS Gen2
• Implement:
• Document ingestion (PDF, Word, PPT, CSV, scanned documents)
• Chunking, embeddings, metadata enrichment
• Query rewriting, re-ranking, and grounding techniques
• Evaluate and optimize RAG quality using precision@k, recall@k, and hallucination detection.

2. Agentic AI Development (Azure)

• Develop AI agents for enterprise use cases such as:
  
• Knowledge assistants and copilots
• IT and business process automation
• Decision-support systems
• Implement agent orchestration using:
  
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Semantic Kernel
• Azure AI Studio Prompt Flow
• Build planner-executor-validator agent patterns with human-in-the-loop controls.

3. Azure Cloud & Platform Integration

• Work extensively with:
  
• Azure OpenAI Service
• Azure AI Studio
• Azure AI Search
• Azure Functions / Azure Container Apps / AKS
• Azure Monitor, Application Insights
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using:
  
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Manage secrets and access using Azure Key Vault and Entra ID.

4. Enterprise Data & Security

• Integrate GenAI applications with enterprise systems:
  
• SAP, ServiceNow, CRM, ERP platforms
• Implement:
  
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Data isolation and PII masking
• Prompt injection and data exfiltration guardrails
• Align solutions with Azure security, compliance, and AI governance standards.

5. API & UI Development

• Build backend services using:
  
• FastAPI / Flask
• Develop user interfaces using:
• Streamlit / Gradio (PoCs)
• React / Angular (enterprise apps)
• Implement authentication using Entra ID (Azure AD).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Python development skills
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI
• Proven experience building RAG applications on Azure
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Solid understanding of vector search and embeddings
• Azure cloud services and containerization (Docker, AKS)

Nice-to-Have

• Graph RAG (Neo4j + Azure AI Search)
• Multi-modal RAG (Azure Vision, OCR)
• LLMOps and prompt lifecycle management
• Experience in manufacturing or enterprise IT environments

Experience & Education

• Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• 3–8 years software engineering experience
• 2+ years hands-on GenAI / LLM experience
