About the Role:

We are seeking candidates for the Generalist / Voice Artist role with practical music experience and strong English proficiency to support audio evaluation and annotation tasks. Assignments may involve audio analysis, transcription, or both, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze audio, video, and other media, performing transcription and annotation tasks as required.
• Evaluate musical elements, vocal characteristics, pronunciation, accents, emotions, rhythm, tempo, and instrumentation.
• Identify and describe relevant sounds, audio discrepancies, and visual attributes accurately.
• Write clear, detailed captions and summaries based on observed content.
• Answer questions about audio and visual content following project guidelines.
• Review annotations to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and quality.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or Music.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant, hands-on music experience.
• Proficiency in English, including listening comprehension and written communication.
• Strong understanding of music theory, composition, or audio production.
• Background in linguistics, phonetics, voice analysis/coaching, or music production is preferred.
• Ability to write detailed descriptions and evaluate audio accurately.
