General Trade - Regional Manager - Bangalore

Role Objective:

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to drive the growth of our OTC/Nutraceutical portfolio across General Trade.

To lead and manage sales operations for the assigned region, ensuring achievement of sales targets, distribution expansion, and team development for the nutraceutical portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive regional sales targets and ensure profitability.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.

- Manage and mentor Area Managers and their teams.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

- Appoint and manage distributors for effective coverage.

- Ensure adherence to credit policies and timely collections.

- Identify new business opportunities and GT expansion.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and MIS reports.

- Analyze sales data to improve productivity and ROI.

Qualifications:

- Graduate (MBA preferred).

- 6 to 12 experience in FMCG/OTC/FMCD sales with regional exposure
