General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall resort operations and manage all departments.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
• Lead departmental heads and manage workforce planning.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, profitability, and operational costs.
• Drive sales, occupancy, and business growth.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety, and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience managing hotel/resort operations, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star property.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
