Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the jewelry manufacturing unit, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  
• Collaborate with designers to develop new products and collections that meet market demands.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in general management or a related field (jewelry manufacturing preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of business processes improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
  
• Proven track record in developing operational plans and executing them effectively.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
