About this role
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage the complete day-to-day administration and functioning of the office.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments and maintain operational efficiency.
- Establish and implement administrative procedures, systems, and workplace protocols.
- Ensure proper utilization of company resources and control unnecessary administrative.
- Coordinate with department heads and ensure timely execution of management directives.
- Monitor adherence to work schedules, departmental procedures, and assigned responsibilities.
- Identify gaps in office functioning and recommend corrective measures.
- Implement management decisions and ensure timely follow-up across departments.
Key Skills:
• Graduate in any discipline; additional management or administration qualifications will be an advantage.
• Retired Army, Navy, or Air Force personnel preferred.
• Strong leadership, discipline, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
