Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall showroom and service center operations.
• Handle sales, service, and customer relationship activities.
• Supervise and guide sales, service, and support teams.
• Monitor business performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff performance, daily operations, and reporting.
• Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments.
• Maintain operational records and ensure smooth business functioning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in automobile or two-wheeler industry preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and management skills.
