• Oversee sales and business development activities to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure effective communication among departments to maintain smooth hotel operations.
• Develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor budgetary control measures to optimize resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in hospitality industry with a focus on hotel management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (e.g., B.Tech).
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple departments simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations principles, including food safety regulations.
