Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale residential high-rise apartment projects. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, budget adherence, statutory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple residential high-rise apartment projects from inception to handover.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within timelines and approved budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, safety norms, and quality standards.
• Drive project planning, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Optimize construction methodologies to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality management systems and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Resolve technical and commercial issues arising during project execution.
• Build and mentor high-performing project teams.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, finance, procurement, and legal departments for seamless project execution.
• Manage vendor and contractor performance through effective evaluation and control mechanisms.
