Role & responsibilities

Core Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, defining scopes of work, and setting timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Estimating costs, managing budgets, and controlling expenses to prevent overruns.
• Site Management & Coordination: Overseeing construction activities, supervising subcontractors, and coordinating with engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations, building codes, and legal standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders, while providing regular progress reports
