General Manager

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or supermarket management, including staff supervision and day-to-day store operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address concerns and maintain a positive shopping environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and sales planning to support revenue and margin goals.
• Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative, respectful workplace culture.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for reporting and record-keeping.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and reliability under pressure.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.
• Prior experience in grocery, fashion, or cosmetics retail is an advantage; a diploma or degree in business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
