About this role
Role & responsibilities
* Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.
* Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
* Lead, supervise, and motivate department heads and staff.
* Set business targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
* Monitor overall sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
* Prepare and manage budgets and financial plans.
* Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow.
* Identify operational issues and take corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
* Manage key clients, customers, suppliers, and business partners.
* Support business development and growth opportunities.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and management meetings.

Preferred candidate profile
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

* Proven ability to achieve targets and improve business performance.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and business planning.
* Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and MIS reporting.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
* Candidates with experience in a similar industry will be preferred.
