Job Roles:

• Lead financial accounting, reporting & controllership activities across the organization.
• Strengthen internal financial controls & risk management frameworks.
• Drive financial process standardization & continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead financial planning & analysis with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
• Provide insightful financial analysis & recommendations to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models for growth, investment & cost-effective initiatives.
• Evaluate business cases, capital expenditure proposals & investment opportunities.
• Lead enterprise-wide financial risk identification & mitigation efforts.
• Support cash flow planning and working capital optimization.
• Assist CFO in treasury and capital structure management.
• Drive finance automation and digital reporting initiatives leveraging data analytics.
• Partner with business heads to drive cost optimization & productivity.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.

Desired Skills-

• Should be from the manufacturing industry, handling more than 5000 crores of turnover.
• Worked at corporate level for 5 years.
• The candidate must have banking exposure.
• Must have worked on DRHP filing, equity investor dealings
