Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall day-to-day hospital operations.
• Supervise doctors, therapists, nursing, front office & support staff.
• Ensure smooth patient care, admissions, discharge and service quality.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, occupancy and operational targets.
• Handle staff coordination, vendors and administrative activities.
• Ensure discipline, hygiene, compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Drive business growth

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/MBA in Hospital Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hospital operations, preferably Ayurveda/Wellness.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Good understanding of patient handling, hospital administration and business operations.
• Result-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
