• Spearheaded regional growth and profitability with full P&L ownership .

• Expanded logistics network across Eastern India through strategic 

  planning and execution.

• Designed and implemented regional business goals aligned with corporate vision.

• Ensured compliance with SOPs across all branches and streamlined operations.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
• Responsible for complete P&L  of cluster.
• Take care of sales, operations, branch administration ,outstanding ,unbilled ,vendor management.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in Logistics industry with expertise in general management & Cluster head.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Proven track record in developing effective sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
