About this role
Reports to: CEO / Managing Director
Location: Kadungalloor, Aluva, Ernakulam, Kerala | Regular UAE/Gulf Travel
Department: Executive Leadership
Role Summary:
Lead Tovalign's overall sales growth, India/UAE market expansion, strategic partnerships, and business operations, while coordinating with Accounts, Clinical, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and R&D teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategy, revenue targets, and INDIA /UAE market growth.
- Lead and manage the National Sales Head and sales team.
- Expand doctor, clinic, distributor, and strategic partner networks.
- Coordinate department heads to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor service delivery and operational KPIs.
- Lead strategic and white-label partnership negotiations.
- Represent Tovalign in INDIA/UAE business meetings.
- Review major purchasing and manufacturing requirements.
- Report business performance and KPIs to the CEO/MD.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in dental, healthcare, medical devices, or B2B/clinic networks preferred.
- Strong UAE/Gulf business network preferred.
- Dental/clinical qualification not required.
- Excellent English; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage.
