General Manager

Overview:

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any Quality issues promptly.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead, manage, and develop the production team, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Set performance targets for the production

4. Process Optimization:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency.
