Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance & Accounts function and overall financial operations.
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
• Fund management, cash-flow planning and working capital management.
• Statutory compliance, taxation, audit and regulatory matters.
• Project-wise accounting and financial monitoring.
• Coordination with banks, auditors, consultants and financial institutions.
• Ensure strong internal controls and effective financial governance.
• Provide strategic financial insights and support to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CA with 15–20 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of project finance, accounting, taxation and financial controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
