General Manager Service

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager Service to lead the after-sales operations of our Renault dealership. The candidate will be responsible for overall service department performance, customer satisfaction, workshop productivity, revenue growth, profitability, manpower management, and adherence to Renault's service standards and operating processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Service Operations Management.
• Business Growth & Profitability
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for labour revenue, spare parts, lubricants, accessories, and other applicable service revenue streams.
• Improve labour and parts absorption, average repair order value, and workshop productivity.
• Customer Satisfaction & Retention.
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure adequate availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, Renault requirements, applicable statutory regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare annual and monthly service business plans, budgets, and manpower plans.
• Ensure proper implementation of Renault's service processes, technical standards, policies, and operating procedures

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-`10 years of experience in automobile after-sales/service operations, including at least 35 years in a senior management role.
• Candidates from authorized passenger car dealerships, preferably Renault, Nissan, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Toyota, or other established automotive brands.
• Proficiency in KPI monitoring, MIS reporting, budgeting, cost control, and dealership management systems.
• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, team leadership, and business development skills.
