ABOUT THE ROLE

Livspace is looking for a General Manager – Sales to lead regional business performance, revenue growth, sales operations, and profitability. The role will involve leading high-performing sales teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering strong customer and business outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own regional revenue growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Lead Business Managers and Sales teams to drive productivity and conversions

• Monitor sales funnel performance, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency

• Own regional P&L and drive profitable growth

• Partner with Design, Operations, and Customer Experience teams

• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer experience, and business results

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 12+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, Business Operations, or P&L Management

• Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams

• Strong understanding of revenue growth, sales funnel management, and business operations

• MBA from a Tier 1 institute is an added advantage

• Experience in Home Interiors, Interior Design, Real Estate, Retail, or related industries preferred

• Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Data-driven and customer-focused approach

• Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset
