What You Will Own

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Lead and manage a team of Business Managers and Sales professionals to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve the sales funnel, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Own P&L responsibilities for the region and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Operations, and Customer Experience for seamless project execution.

Who Thrives in This Role

• MBA from Tier 1 Institutes.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, business operations, or P&L management.
• Strong experience in managing high-performing sales teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Experience in interior design, home interiors, real estate, retail, or related industries will be preferred.
