Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective channel partner management and target planning.
• Manage a team of sales professionals / partner representatives to drive business growth, improve customer relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market trends, develop sales plans, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance data to optimize processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services to clients while maintaining excellent client relationship management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective strategy development and execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
• 510 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with expertise in Channel Sales, Channel Partner Management, Target Planning, and Team Management.
