Experience: 8–15+ Years in Automobile Sales, preferably in the Commercial Vehicle segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive overall commercial vehicle sales operations to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
• Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams to deliver outstanding performance.
• Build strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters, corporate clients, and key customers.
• Drive dealership growth, customer acquisition, and business expansion across assigned territories.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, inventory, and market trends.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention.
• Coordinate with OEM teams to execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle market, dealership operations, and sales processes.
• Excellent team management, negotiation, and business development skills.
