Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The individual will lead sales and marketing strategy for agricultural equipment and accessories, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence through dealer networks and direct customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, managing key customer accounts, and coordinating with dealers to ensure product availability and service quality. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities in domestic and export markets. The General Manager will collaborate closely with production, service, and finance teams to align business goals, improve customer satisfaction, and support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Strong General Management skills with experience in strategic planning, business development, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven Sales expertise, including target setting, pipeline management, negotiation, and revenue growth in industrial or agricultural products.
• Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build long-term relationships and handle escalations effectively.
• Effective Team Management skills, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative sales and marketing culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in agro equipment or manufacturing sectors, preferably with dealer network and channel management exposure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic business software and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within India to meet dealers, customers, and attend
