General Manager/ Regional Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of insurance Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive insurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 12-30 years of experience in the insurance industry as an agent or regional manager.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Experience working with IM (Insurance Management) systems for policy administration.
