General Manager / Regional Head - L2 Level

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of insurance Branch Manager / area manger to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 12-30 years of experience in the insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing teams or leading organizations.
• Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel), IM (Insurance Management) systems.
