General Manager – RCM, Process Control & Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the revenue cycle management (RCM) process to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies to maintain strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and team members.
• Analyze MIS reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction in insurance operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that promote insurance products and services.

Job Requirements :

• 12-15 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in RCM or related field.
• Strong understanding of MIS reporting principles and ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal customers, vendors, and team members.
• Proven track record of implementing successful marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
