Job Title: QA & QC Manager Pressure Vessel Fabrication

Location: Asangaon, Maharashtra

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QA & QC Manager with a strong background in pressure vessel fabrication and heavy engineering manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quality assurance, quality control, and QMS activities.
• Ensure compliance with ASME codes, ISO standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee welding, NDT, fabrication, dimensional checks, hydrotesting, and final inspections.
• Handle customer audits, internal audits, NCRs, CAPA, and quality documentation.
• Lead the QA/QC team and ensure timely closure of quality issues.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in pressure vessel fabrication.
• At least 5 years of QA/QC leadership experience.
• Experience in an ASME code-stamped manufacturing environment is mandatory.
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor.
• ASNT Level II certifications in RT, UT, PT, VT, and MT/MPT.
