• Oversee plant operations, ensuring efficient production management and manufacturing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in factory operations or related field (mechanical engineering background preferred).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
