• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, catering, and venue management.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) operations.
  
• Develop and implement strategies for cost optimization and process improvements in event planning.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all aspects of event management.
