Job Title: General Manager, Operations

We are seeking an accomplished General Manager - Operations to lead the non-academic operational functions of a premium day and residential international school in Gurugram.

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across administration, campus infrastructure, engineering systems, hospitality, and support services. The role demands strategic leadership, financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary operations while driving continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and institutional excellence.

This is a residential role with on-campus family accommodation provided for the incumbent. As a residential leader, the role carries round-the clock institutional responsibility and executive accountability.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Experience: 18 - 20 years of experience, including 6 - 8 years in senior leadership roles, ideally managing large campuses within education, hospitality, healthcare, IT or allied sectors. Defence background would be an added advantage.

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, financial management, project management, crisis management, budgeting and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and deliver operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
