We are looking for an experienced and result-driven General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead and drive our sales and marketing operations across India. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Building Materials industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing large-scale sales operations and business growth.

• Drive sales growth through project and retail channels across Pan India.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
• Manage key accounts and identify new project opportunities.
• Develop new business avenues and expand market presence.
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure effective credit control and timely collections.
• Analyse market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing within the Building Materials industry.
• Strong experience in project sales and retail sales channels.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
