Role & responsibilities

• Study the present market and study new projects which are coming for supply of construction Chemicals Shuttering Oil, Shuttering Grease, Lubricants – Automotive Oil, Hydraulic Oil, Gear Oil, Transmission Oil, Greases – EP Grease, Multipurpose Grease, Wheel Bearing Grease etc.
• Strategic Planning & Execution.
• Business Development /Expansion in every state and also in international marketing.
• New Product Launch /field Marketing Management
• Sales Planning & Forecasting and conduct monthly meeting..

Job Profile

• Getting product registration in each and every company at every site by submitting all the documents and understanding the company’s registration process which take 15 days max 2 months before the start of project in any state, city and keep a follow up track.
• Referring Customer Data Sheet, Product Catalogue and suggesting corrections if any, Making Product data sheet.
• Proficient in developing new products, tapping profitable business opportunities and positioning the products as per market needs.
• Attending customer complain and meeting them for sales support team and introduction for company products.
• New customer acquisition across all product categories.
• Develop and implement latest Marketing collaterals – Brochures, Digital presence.
• Monitor enquiries, quotations, and their response timelines.
• Monitor product development based on customer feedback
• Visit clients to check performance of the product and reassure them the performance of product, understand the gap in getting orders, execution of orders payment reassurance, getting it timely, understand various projects coming in various states
• Monitor and review outstanding collections from customers with the team.
• Handle critical collections outstanding
• Analysis of water samples to find its suitability for use with amplifiable products like soluble cutting oils covering tests like ph., conductivity, total alkalinity, hardness, chloride, sulphate, T.D.S, c.o.d., microbial growth etc.
• Performing the inspection and testing of regular production batches as per specifications. In case of non-conformance, finding the cause for failure and taking corrective actions. Raw materials, intermediates products and packaging materials also tested for quality.
• Evaluation of various competitor samples for comparisons and 5 research purpose.
• Preparation of product data sheet and to make amendment in the same.
• Preparation of material safety data sheet and to amend the same with safety icon and codes.
• Conduct successful trial at customers end every year and give them coverage report and this will give them the confidence to purchase the product.
• To give each customer performance guarantee of the product against the cost.
• Making presentation of all Individual Products – presentation.
