General Manager Leasing

Mahagun Group is looking for an experienced General Manager Leasing to drive leasing strategy, tenant acquisition, occupancy, and rental revenue across its real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead leasing operations for commercial and retail real estate assets.
• Drive tenant acquisition, occupancy, lease renewals, and rental revenue growth.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, retail brands, brokers, and channel partners.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and commercial conditions.
• Conduct market research, rental benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
• Manage the leasing team and achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and operations teams for lease closures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory: Relevant experience in real estate leasing.
• Experience in commercial, retail, mall, or office space leasing preferred.
• Strong expertise in business development, tenant acquisition, and lease negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
