General Manager Leasing

• Lead and drive leasing activities for High Street Retail developments, commercial complexes, mixed-use developments, and retail destinations.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental revenue, and asset value.
• Identify, attract, and onboard national, international, and regional retail brands across categories such as F&B, Fashion, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Electronics, and Anchor Stores.
• Manage the complete leasing cycle including prospecting, negotiations, commercial discussions, LOIs, agreements, and tenant onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, franchise operators, leasing consultants, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, catchment studies, and tenant mix planning to optimize project performance.
• Develop and execute leasing plans aligned with business objectives, project positioning, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, Marketing, and Facility teams to ensure smooth lease execution and tenant fit-out processes.
• Monitor lease renewals, rent escalations, vacancy management, and tenant retention initiatives.
• Evaluate commercial proposals, rental structures, revenue-sharing models, and financial feasibility of leasing transactions.
• Drive pre-leasing activities for upcoming projects and ensure timely achievement of leasing milestones.
• Prepare leasing MIS reports, occupancy reports, revenue forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Represent the organization in meetings with retailers, developers, consultants, and industry forums to strengthen business relationships.
• Lead and mentor the leasing team while driving business growth and market expansion initiatives.
