Location - Mumbai (Malad west)

Timings - 2pm - 11pm (US Shift )

What Youll Own:

• Be the face of design in client pitches and project kickoffs.
• Lead end-to-end creative strategy and delivery across high-impact commercial spaces.
• Build and mentor a team of designers, architects, and visualizers.
• Ensure quality benchmarks across GFC, materiality, detailing, and budgeting.
• Partner with sales, ops, and execution to maintain budget, vision, and timelines.
• Bring in entrepreneurial energy with a razor-sharp focus on profitability and user experience.

Were Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in high-quality design for commercial or hospitality interiors.
• Commanding design leadership with client-facing presentation skills.
• Strong handle on project economics, BOQ, and budgeting.
• Hands-on with design tools and quality reviews.
• Proven record of delivering multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

Bonus Points:

• Exposure to global design standards.
• Experience in scaling a design team or function.
