About this role
General Manager Hyderabad Golf Club (HGA)
Reporting To: Honorary Secretary, Managing Committee (MC)
Preferred Age: 45 to 60 years
Educational Qualification: Graduate; MBA preferred.
Experience: 15+ years of progressive managerial experience, including at least five years in a senior leadership role in hospitality or a golf club.
CTC: Approximately 18 lakh per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Managing Committee (MC) decisions.
- Lead administration and Human Resources (HR).
- Ensure member services and clubhouse standards.
- Oversee facilities.
- Coordinate golf course maintenance, tournaments, and Sub-Committees.
- Prepare and implement budgets.
- Ensure procurement and contract discipline.
- Coordinate legal matters.
- Ensure statutory compliance under various applicable laws.
- Maintain records and submit Management Information System (MIS) reports.
